Filler photos (for book)

February 2017: The brief for this commission was to photograph scenes in a corporate restaurant that will be used in a charity cook book (on  filler pages).

The images shouldn’t be overall scenes of the restaurant but images taken at intriguing and/or unusual angles.

Shallow depth of field seemed right for this set of images – as it works best within a book (on the filler pages). It is highly likely that the design  will incorporate copy or title text over the images.

This commission was carried out during late afternoon just before the restaurant got busy. However, there were a few workers and guests in the restaurant who were a little mystified with the angles and shots I was taking. I look forward to seeing the images placed within the book design.
