Corporate photo shoot

July 2024: Two day corporate photo shoot. A mix of set and action poses for each subject.

Once I was set up in client meeting room, each employee visited to have their photos taken. I directed each subject with the on-brand poses, plus took action shots as the subject talked off camera. Although the candid / action part of each photo shoot pushes the subject to do something different, or unusual, results often look natural and at times, spontaneous.

Key to each corporate photo shoot is taking care to keep each set of images consistent, this is in terms of lighting, poses and expressions. All photos are supplied in high resolution and in colour. The end result for the shots where subjects are looking at the camera, is to build up a library of consistent marketing profile shots. Selected photos are cut out from the background and dropped into a standard corporate background. For the candid / action photos, the aim is to have a library of images for company wide employee marketing campaigns.

All formatted images are supplied to the client via file transfer.
