Harrisons Homes photoshoot
May 2022: Harrisons Homes photoshoot (Sittingbourne, Kent).
Fellow Alloy Marketing collaborator Liz Jeffery and myself headed to Sittingbourne on a rainy Thursday morning in late May for a photoshoot at local award winning estate agents Harrisons Homes.
My plan for the Harrisons photoshoot was to take pictures of the team in a mixture of individual candid poses and poses looking at the camera. There were also group photos and smaller group photos required. After arriving and introducing myself the the team, I took a few minutes, not only to dry off from the downpour, but to get a feel for how the staff work. This is a useful thing to do as I aim to get candid photos that look believable, not set up. I also look for potential interesting angles to position myself when photographing each member of the team.
A little later on, after the rain had stoped, we headed outside of the office to take group and individual photos.
The team has a great sense of humour and they all working together well – which helps when taking photos. Chris, was especially good when we walked around the town looking for suitable / good backgrounds for individual photos.
All in all, it was a good day and made a change from taking studio photos. The images will be used on social media, website and for promotional material.
