REACT Project (Ideas Test)

February 2017: Photograph a new Ideas Test funded project. This was made up of a cast of 12 local (Medway) actors who had 24 hours to create an original site-responsive performance in the heart of Chatham. The project was called REACT Project.

I took photos of the actors during rehearsals and at the audience performance. The setting was located in The Guards Room, Fort Amherst, Chatham, Kent. A great venue which was a very atmospheric.

An invited audience of about 30 people attended the play. They were greeted at the entrance to the fort and led through a network of tunnels up to The Guards Room.

This was a unique and effective event and great to photograph.
