Olive Tree Joinery logo

May / June 2025: Olive Tree Joinery logo design.

A chap called Jim, who I have met a few times recently was speaking with another chap in a local Faversham pub, he mentioned that he was looking for a new logo for his new joinery company, Jim kindly recommended my services and put us in touch. Great to be recommended for such a nice design job, thank you Jim (Quay 2 Marketing).

Olive Tree Joinery is the name of the company, this name was chosen as Greg (the owner) has a young daughter called Olive. Greg expressed, he would love to have an image of his daughter incorporated within the logo design. As well as creating a graphic version of an olive tree, leaves and a girl on a swing, I designed the logo to be contained in a shape. Greg also asked for the colour gold to be used within the design.

The client is planning on having the logo embroidered or applied to company uniforms, I played with a few colour options and sent them through for review. Please see a selection of colour variations below.

Possible future applications of the logo, is apply it to a textured surface – such as the below image:

I offered to assist the client with any further design work – stationery, signage, website, etc. This was a fantastic job to work on and I had nice feedback from the client: Thanks again for the logo, I’m really happy with it.
