Corporate photo shoot

Corporate photo shoot: October 2026, Kent.

Another half day photo shoot in client offices involved me arriving early, to set up camera, stands, lights, backdrop and laptop (which was tethered to camera). This was a two light set up with pop up backdrop. Camera on tripod to keep everything consistent placement-wise.

Each subject’s photo shoot was scheduled for 10 minutes approx, in that time I briefed and then coached subject on preferred pose and expression. My main aim was to get a relaxed yet approachable look to the expression and pose. Subjects angled turning slightly to the camera right.

This time, I set up in an open plan office, next to the kitchen area, which was good as subjects could grab a coffee if they arrived early. All suitable images were formatted and sent to the client via file transfer. Selected images were added to the company intranet and / or website.
