Corporate photo shoot

Corporate photo shoot: September 2026, London.

This half day photo shoot in client office involved me arriving in time to set up the meeting room, camera, stands, lights, backdrop and laptop (which was tethered to camera).

Each subject’s photo shoot was scheduled for 15 minutes, in that time I briefed and then coached subject on preferred pose and expression. My main aim was to get a relaxed yet approachable look to the expression and pose. Subjects could angle either to left or right; this gave them more variety and choices for their final shot.

This is a great client, nice offices, with a good size meeting room (which lends itself well as a temporary studio). All images taken were formatted and added to PDF contact sheets for the client to review. The subjects selected their preferred image, which were then edited and dropped into the corporate format for adding to the company website.
